YSBA Entry Forms

Badminton England operate several Age Group Tournaments. Yorkshire Badminton Association participate at all these age groups and additionally run intermediate tournaments at U12, U14, U16 and U18. Normally, to participate in the age restricted competitions the player must be under the specific age at 1st January of that year. For the 2008/2009 season to participate the player must have been born on or after the 1st January of the following years:
Under 11	1998	Under 16	1993
Under 12	1997	Under 17	1992
Under 13	1996	Under 18	1991
Under 14	1995	Under 19	1990
Under 15	1994

In addition to the Age Group Tournaments run under Badminton England rules, YSBA also operate and participate in other Inter-Area and Primary tournaments, where the qualifying age is based upon school years.
